Abu Dhabi’s Hub71 onboards 26 AI startups in document $223m cohort 


Abu Dhabi’s Hub71 has onboarded its most AI-intensive cohort so far, welcoming 26 high-growth startups to its seventeenth cohort.

Collectively, the businesses have raised greater than $223m (AED 818m) – the most important funding whole of any Hub71 cohort – underscoring each the calibre of founders scaling from Abu Dhabi and rising investor confidence within the emirate’s position as a worldwide know-how hub.

Six startups are targeted on ClimateTech by way of Hub71+ ClimateTech, whereas eight will develop blockchain and Web3 options below Hub71+ Digital Property.

Startups in Cohort 17 will be a part of Hub71’s Entry programme, receiving as much as AED500,000 ($136,000) in in-kind and money incentives, with the potential for high performers to unlock as much as AED1m ($272,000) in follow-on help after one 12 months.
